5 Things to Look For in a Lagos Delivery Service

Every month a new logistics brand launches in Lagos. Flashy Instagram ads, colourful jackets, a promise of ₦500 deliveries. A week later the customers post complaints in the comments. Here is how to tell a real logistics operation from a rebranded Okada network.

1. Live tracking that actually tracks

If the "tracking" page just shows a status label that never updates, that's not tracking — that's an order status screen. Real tracking shows the rider's coordinates moving on a map.

2. OTP or signed proof-of-delivery

Ask: "How do you prove delivery?" If the answer is "the rider calls us", walk away.

3. Rated, identifiable riders

You should know the name, face, and vehicle plate of the rider arriving at your customer's door. Anonymous gig-rider networks lose packages.

4. A published price list

"It depends" is not pricing. Zones, base prices, per-km rates — these should be visible before you book.

5. A support channel that answers

Send a message to the support line before your first order. How long until a human replies? That's your answer.

Prisdanna Express was built because we kept failing these five tests when we sent packages ourselves. Hold us to the same standard.
